Available in 6.5 in, 7 in and 7.5 in. To measure: wrap a strip of paper around your wrist bone, mark where it meets, and measure the strip flat. Add about 0.5 in if you like it loose. Between two sizes? Take the larger one -- a strand that is slightly loose sits better than one that pulls.
Fine-tuning at home: every box includes a spare bead, a threading needle and elastic cord, so you can add or remove a bead yourself. Hand-strung lengths run approximately +/- 0.2 in / 5 mm.

Care
Remove it before swimming, showering or working out. Keep it away from perfume, hairspray and household cleaners. After wearing, wipe with a soft, dry cloth and store it flat, away from direct sunlight. The elastic cord is a wearing part: with daily use it relaxes over time and can be restrung.
