Care & Cleaning
Wipe the beads with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
For a deeper clean, wipe with a slightly damp (not wet) soft cloth, then dry it right away. Do not soak or submerge your bracelet. Some stones are porous or water-sensitive and can be damaged by water.
Keep it away from perfume, lotion, hairspray, and household cleaners. Put your bracelet on last.
Take it off before showering, swimming, or going to the gym.
Store it in the pouch, away from other pieces that could scratch it.
Avoid long hours in direct sunlight. Some stones fade over time.
The elastic cord is a wearing part. It loosens over time. If yours fails within 7 days of delivery under normal-use conditions (damage from pulling, impact, water, perfume or chemicals excluded), contact us and we will make it right.
Sizing Guide
Wrap a soft tape measure around your wrist, just above the wrist bone, to find your wrist size.
Our bracelets are made with 12 mm beads and come in three wrist sizes: 6.5 in, 7 in, and 7.5 in. Prefer a snug fit? Choose the smaller size. Prefer room to move? Choose the larger one.

- Paying with Credit / Debit Card: At checkout, select "Credit Card", enter your 16-digit card number, expiration date, and CVV security code, and confirm your billing address. All card transactions are protected with industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and processed via certified PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never store your full payment card details on our servers.
- Paying with PayPal: Select "PayPal" at checkout. You will be securely redirected to PayPal to log in and confirm your payment details. Once authorized, you will return to our store to review and finalize your order.
- Paying with Apple Pay / Google Pay: Tap the Apple Pay or Google Pay button on supported devices to complete your purchase swiftly using your saved address and payment card.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are dispatched from China. Standard delivery takes 10 to 15 business days across the United States. Orders of $99.00 USD and above qualify for free shipping. Read the full Shipping Policy.
Returns & Refunds
If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a return and refund you the full purchase price once we receive and verify the item.
This covers defects such as breakage, a broken elastic cord (stretching over time is normal wear), chips, or receiving the wrong item. It does not cover natural stone color or pattern variation, a size you changed your mind about, normal wear, or damage from accidents. Read the full Refund Policy.
