1. Overview

Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Anhui Jingzhen International Trade Co., Ltd. (trading as Krysora Crystals). By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink. Please read them carefully before using our site. If you do not agree, you may not use our site or services.

2. About our products
Our pieces are made from natural crystal and gemstone. Because these are natural materials, each piece varies in color, tone, pattern, inclusions, natural internal fissures, and surface texture. Such variation is a characteristic of the material, not a defect. Product images are representative; the piece you receive will not be identical to the photograph. We do our best to show color accurately, but screen settings differ and we cannot guarantee an exact match.

Where a stone has received a treatment, for example, resin impregnation, we disclose it on the product page in the materials section.

Our jewelry is not a toy. It contains small parts and is not intended for children under 3 years of age due to choking hazard.

3. Cultural inspiration notice
Our designs draw on China's traditional color heritage, rooted in the classical five-color tradition of Chinese art and craft. These references are a source of aesthetic and cultural inspiration only. They are not scientific claims, and they are not claims of function or performance.

Nothing we sell is a medical device. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified healthcare provider.

4. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to purchase from us. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it up to date so we can complete your transactions and contact you when needed.

5. Pricing, currency, taxes, and import charges
All prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time. Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our goods ship from China. If your delivery address is in the United States, your order is an import, but you do not pay any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees. Krysora ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are prepaid by us and are already included in the product price and shipping rate you pay at checkout. There are no separate charges, and you will not be asked to pay anything to customs or the carrier on delivery. Full details are set out in section 8 of our Shipping Policy.

6. Orders, payment, and billing
We may refuse or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized card use, or violations of these Terms. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the contact details provided at purchase. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update it so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping terms, rates, delivery estimates, and customs and duty responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Promotions and gift cards
Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms provided with the offer and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and cannot be returned or resold.

10. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, product names, designs, logos, graphics, and code, is owned by Krysora Crystals or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.

11. Reviews and other content you submit
If you send us reviews, photos, suggestions, or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display that material in any medium. You are responsible for what you submit, and you agree it will not violate any law or any third party's rights, and will not contain unlawful, abusive, or misleading content. We may remove content at our discretion.
